30-day returns

Sometimes you may want to return an order, perhaps because the product isn't quite right or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Return shipping costs are for the customer's account.

1. Returns with our return label
For €6.95 you can request a return label from us. Once we have received and processed your return, we refund the purchase amount. Just let us know if you'd like to use this option.

2. Returning it yourself
You can also return the parcel yourself, in which case the return shipping costs are for your account. Please send us the track & trace code so we can process your return faster. The parcel can be sent to:

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the parcel from your home to us is for your account; this is approximately €6.95 per parcel (check your carrier's website for exact rates). If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at info@dreamersden.com. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good condition.

If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is needed to try it, we may charge you for this loss in value. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it.

Exchanging a product

Want to exchange your product? No problem at all. Contact us at info@dreamersden.com. The cost of sending the product back is for your account.

I entered the wrong delivery address

Entered the wrong delivery address by mistake? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to change your order.

Defective product

We are fully responsible for products that arrive defective. A defect can occur during shipping or through a manufacturing fault. A defective product can be returned free of charge, and we can send you a replacement at no cost if you wish.
